Mariemont School Foundation, a nonprofit that supports the Mariemont School District, had kept 15 years of donor information in notebooks and multiple Excel spreadsheets, which limited growth and made fundraising ad hoc. A new development director recommended donor-management software to professionalize record-keeping and expand their fundraising capacity.

They moved to FundRaiser Professional Hosted, centralizing donor and alumni records and using modules for core donor management, campaign tracking and product sales (engraved bricks), plus email, letters and reporting. The hosted system gave multiple board users remote access and quick adoption through training and support; the foundation has since increased membership and donations, improved campaign planning and alumni segmentation, and better tracks gifts designated for scholarships.
