Rockford Christian School runs an annual Serve‑A‑Thon involving about 50 teams of 10–15 students and thousands of pledges. Managing pledge collection, payments and the resulting billing and data‑entry work was time‑consuming and costly, so Database Specialist Chris Newman looked for a simpler way to increase pledge payment turnaround and reduce follow‑up costs by enabling online donations.

As a beta site for the FundRaiser Donor Portal, Rockford Christian now lets supporters create accounts, pledge or donate online, and run their own donation reports while donor and gift data flow automatically into the FundRaiser database. Gifts arrive processed and approved, cutting hours of manual entry, speeding payments and improving overall fundraising efficiency.
