Land Trust for Tennessee, a nonprofit that protects Tennessee’s natural and historic landscapes, was using FundRaiser Professional but needed more flexibility in reporting. FundRaiser technical support helped integrate Crystal Reports as a plug‑in, enabling highly customizable reports based on motivation codes. The new reports give totals by time frame, show solicitor results, and make it easy for board members to identify and thank donors. Implementation required some upfront time and training, but support from FundRaiser and affordable access to Crystal via TechSoup made the solution practical and effective.
