Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCB) is a regional nonprofit serving adults with severe mental illness across three states with 300+ staff, 10 locations and about 4,000 clients a year. When Regina Sheehan became Development Director she needed to get up to speed quickly and manage multiple complex fundraising efforts, including an annual appeal, a major event (Champions of Hope) and a new capital campaign.
