Concord Direct, a direct response agency that builds engagement and fundraising programs for nonprofits like the Sierra Club, needed to maximize limited marketing budgets by identifying early adopters and influencers for the Sierra Club’s AddUp.org launch. To gain the deep contact knowledge required to target the right people, Concord Direct turned to FullContact’s identity resolution and person data (Customer Intelligence APIs) to enrich contact records and connect emails to social handles.
Using FullContact, Concord Direct linked email addresses to social profiles, segmented the most likely advocates, and ran an influencer outreach campaign that prompted early adopters to sign petitions and recruit others on Twitter. The program onboarded nearly 20,000 people in three weeks before launch and achieved a 6% response rate to outreach from strangers on Twitter—matching email performance—demonstrating higher ROI and scalable, human-to-human advocacy driven by FullContact-powered identity data.
