Fullcast.io cleaned and deduped Mode’s CRM, removed junk accounts, and set up automated data governance policies to prevent future duplicate and low-quality records. The team also added new account fields for Clearbit enrichment to create more complete account profiles. As a result, Mode reduced its CRM from 50,000 accounts to just over 20,000, saved an estimated $3 million in bad-data costs, and reclaimed 7,098 hours of rep time, contributing to a reported 20% increase in revenue.
