A Full Fabric Case Study
Saïd Foundation, a London-based charity supporting postgraduate scholars and disadvantaged children, faced a slow, paper-based admissions process where applicants completed PDFs, submitted printed essays, transcripts and recommendations in person, and staff had to bundle and file materials for review. To modernize its workflow and improve applicant experience, Saïd Foundation engaged Full Fabric and its Foundation admissions platform to digitize the process.
Full Fabric implemented an online admissions system that lets applicants upload documents, automates capture and routing, assigns applications to reviewers, and supports parallel evaluation with on-screen comments and ratings. As a result of Full Fabric’s solution, Saïd Foundation went fully paperless, saw a 62% increase in applications, and reduced processing time by 20%, enabling faster, more efficient decision-making.
