RedZone monitors developing wildfires and dispatches fire engines to protect clients’ assets. After each response, firefighters must document actions, photos, and damage assessments for property owners and insurers, but RedZone’s original in‑house documentation app could not scale to meet high user demand.

In 2018 RedZone piloted and then fully adopted Fulcrum, building an API integration to push incident and location data and to sync completed field records to its dashboard. Custom Fulcrum forms with required fields, conditional logic and offline mapping sped up documentation, gave customers near‑real‑time visibility, improved reliability in low‑service areas, and delivered enough time savings and operational benefit that the solution effectively pays for itself.
