Premier Utility Services is a global energy-infrastructure contractor specializing in damage prevention, gas leak detection, stray voltage detection, and vacuum excavation. As they transitioned field operations to the Fulcrum platform, Premier needed technical support to prepare for a major upstate New York project: surveying over 3,300 miles of pipeline and inspecting more than half a million gas meters, including scheduling visits for meters located inside buildings.

Fulcrum consultants worked on-site with Premier to standardize import, filtering, scheduling, and inspection workflows and to accelerate key feature development. Field data was pushed to CARTO via webhooks for dynamic mapping and custom Carto.js dashboards, giving office staff, field technicians, project managers, and clients real-time access to schedules, reports, and exports. The result was a streamlined mobile workflow that reduced time and cost, improved data accuracy, and made inspection results immediately accessible to decision makers.
