Architectural Resources Group (ARG), a historic preservation and architectural research firm, needed a better way to manage complex field surveys, diverse data sources, and time-consuming DPR documentation. Using Fulcrum, ARG replaced clunky manual workflows with a more intuitive mobile platform that historians could easily use in the field, even with limited technical experience.

Fulcrum helped ARG centralize survey data, pre-populate GIS points, automate DPR form generation, and capture geotagged photos directly in the app. The result was major time savings and better accuracy: what once took at least two hours per DPR document was reduced to almost zero, saving ARG hundreds of labor hours while improving consistency and reducing the risk of data loss.
