Fater, a joint venture between Gruppo Angelini and Procter & Gamble and a leading Italian personal-care company (brands include Pampers, Ace, Tampax and Lines), faced slow, paper-based marketing and investment approval processes. Campaigns and equipment requests required multiple manual handoffs, e‑mails and SAP entries, causing delays, confusion and limited visibility.

Fater implemented Fujitsu RunMyProcess as a cloud front end integrated with Google Apps (Sites, Calendar, Gmail) and SAP to automate campaign and investment workflows. The system routes approvals, stores documents on dedicated Google Sites pages, updates SAP and notifies stakeholders, resulting in faster approvals, improved market responsiveness, fewer emails and paper exchanges, and a single, centralized archive for all campaign and investment documentation.
