A Fujitsu RunMyProcess Case Study
Chambre Fribourgeoise de l’immobilier (CFI) is a canton association of property owners, insurers and institutions in Fribourg, Switzerland, responsible for facilitating access to property and ensuring accurate lease agreements. Until recently, landlords had to order lease forms from the CFI website, receive them by post with a bill, then manually fill and re-submit multiple documents—a slow, error‑prone process that could take up to a week.
Go2eGov implemented a Fujitsu RunMyProcess application integrated into the CFI website in just a few weeks: landlords enter a member ID, the app autocompletes personal and rent data, calculates charges, and generates a legally sealed PDF lease emailed to the landlord while notifying and automating billing for accounting. The result: turnaround dropped from days to minutes, greater throughput and user satisfaction, a more modern image, preserved legal integrity of documents, and increased revenue.
