A Fuel50 Case Study

Preview of the Ingersoll Rand Case Study

Ingersoll Rand - Customer Case Study

Ingersoll Rand, a global industrial manufacturer with about 41,000 employees, faced a need to improve the employee career experience after engagement surveys showed gaps in growth, development and internal mobility. To address this, Ingersoll Rand partnered with Fuel50 in 2016 to launch the Career Progress initiative, using Fuel50’s My Career Navigator platform alongside a new Career Framework and Success Profiles.

Fuel50 implemented Career Streams and Bands, Success Profiles, and the My Career Navigator tool (24/7 access, later translated into six additional languages) to help employees assess skills, map development actions and enable managers to coach career conversations. The program reached 22,000 people across 62 countries, with 67% of employees using My Career Navigator and increases across all key career and development items on the 2016 engagement survey, demonstrating measurable improvement in engagement and internal career movement.
