Benchmark Senior Living, a network of locally owned but centrally supported senior living facilities throughout New England, needed a way to streamline remittance processing while preserving account confidentiality at the facility level. The company turned to FTNI and its ETran integrated receivables hub, including the Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) functionality, to help centralize check acceptance and payment posting across multiple locations.
