Contentful, a leading content platform for digital-first businesses, wanted to make its large library of blogs, technical documentation, and white papers more relevant to different B2B visitor personas. Working with Frosmo and its personalization software, Contentful looked for a way to better guide developers, content writers, and purchasing teams toward the most useful content and improve lead generation.
Frosmo implemented rule-based personalization and algorithm-driven recommendations on Contentful’s website, using visitor behavior and identified interests to tailor homepage campaigns and blog article suggestions. The results were strong: personalized content saw CTR increases of 150% to 500% in some areas, and conversion rates rose by 150% for visitors exposed to personalized recommendations, helping improve the overall lead-generation flow.
