Power International AS, the Nordic electronics retail group behind Power stores in Finland, Norway, and Denmark, wanted to create a more optimal customer journey and improve product discoverability and relevancy across its ecommerce experience. As a retailer with around 20,000 items and conversion as a key KPI, it needed personalization that supported the full journey, not just the final conversion page.
Frosmo implemented AI-driven product recommendation strategies across Power’s front page, category pages, product detail pages, add-to-cart pop-ups, and search results. The solution used behavioral, contextual, and historical data to surface the most relevant products at each stage, delivering strong results: purchase conversion rates increased by 170% versus the control group, and average order value rose by 41%.
