Medfield Coalition for Public Education raises $20,000 more with FrontStream

The Medfield Coalition for Public Education (MCPE) faced challenges in reviving its signature Fall Ball Gala after a five-year hiatus, including a loss of institutional memory and limited tools that couldn't handle ticketing, auctions, and donor engagement in one streamlined system. They partnered with FrontStream to find a solution that would also ensure a superior guest experience.

FrontStream provided an integrated platform for ticket sales, donor data, and auctions, along with mobile bidding and live donation features. With onsite support from four FrontStream staff members, MCPE raised $20,000 more than their last gala with 200 fewer guests. This included exceeding a paddle-up goal by raising over $10,000 in minutes and securing a top auction bid of $6,500.
