How Nationwide improved brand engagement, consistency, and governance with Frontify

Nationwide Building Society needed a way to manage its brand more consistently across teams and assets. Before Frontify, brand guidelines lived on the intranet while approved imagery, logos, and other assets were stored in a separate tool, making it difficult for employees to find what they needed and stay aligned.

In 2019, Nationwide adopted Frontify as its Brand Hub to bring brand guidelines, assets, imagery, training, and permissions into one central place. The platform helped improve brand governance and consistency, and as of January 2024 it had over 2,200 monthly active users and more than 11,000 registered users, a 120% increase in the last 12 months.
