How Bosch uses Frontify to create one consistent brand experience across all touchpoints

Bosch, the global technology and services company, needed a more central way to manage brand materials and guidelines across its international, multi-brand organization. Its brand book ran to 3,600 pages, 17 separate sets of brand guidelines were in use, and brand assets were stored on local servers, creating inconsistencies and thousands of email requests for logos and icons. Bosch turned to Frontify to address the lack of centralization and make collaboration easier across teams and regions.

Frontify helped Bosch move its brand guidelines into a central online platform, build an icon library in the DAM, document its design system, and later create an online marketing toolbox for Bosch Professional and ecommerce retailer brands. Since 2019, Bosch has seen more than 2 million page views of its brand portal per year, over 170k brand assets stored in Frontify, and more than 15k monthly active users. The company says only 4 people now manage the brand design space for over 100k users and customers worldwide, reflecting major gains in efficiency and brand consistency.
