Global Graphics, the developer of the gDoc Application Platform, faced increasingly long manual UI regression cycles for its Windows, Android and iOS products that made true agile releases impractical. To solve this they evaluated several tools and selected froglogic’s Squish UI automation package to automate cross‑platform UI testing.

Using froglogic Squish, Global Graphics built a JavaScript-based testing framework that maps UI components, records and scripts interactions, and integrates with TeamCity so UI tests run on every commit. The result: the company eliminated its month‑long end-of-release regression phase, freed QA to focus on exploratory testing, and gained the confidence to be releasable at any time by running automated UI tests on each build.
