Natura, a retail brand with 221 stores across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Andorra, had recently launched its multilingual e-commerce site and needed a way to recover lost sales, increase engagement, and stay true to its brand across five markets and five languages. They partnered with Frizbit to add automated web push notifications and cart abandonment emails to their customer retention strategy.
Frizbit implemented behavioural, hyper-personalised email and web push campaigns across all five languages, using Google Tag Manager for setup and tailored templates, timings, and messaging to Natura’s brand. The results included a 16.8x ROAS, a 4.3% sales increase, a cost per session of €0.10, and additional five-figure revenue, with cart abandonment emails delivering a 74.5% open rate, 20% CTR, and 9.8% conversion rate.
