DLL, a worldwide partner for integrated financial solutions, wanted to eliminate error-prone manual data entry in its contracting process. To support its Vendor Leasing department and improve service, customer satisfaction, and usability, DLL worked with FRISS and its KYC Compliance solution to better handle authorized signatory information.

FRISS integrated with DLL’s AtOnce portal to automatically retrieve and add authorized signers from Chamber of Commerce data during contract generation, removing the need for manual checks. The result was a more user-friendly and accurate process, with improved customer satisfaction and a higher run-through-rate, saving about 15 minutes per contract, while also reducing typos and ensuring legally correct contracts.
