Friendbuy helped Saalt build a more customizable, customer-centric program, including tailored rewards, a Klaviyo integration for rewarding quiz completions and email/SMS signups, and a separate referral experience with dedicated CTAs, a landing page, and a friend welcome flow. The results were strong: 41% of loyalty reward earners made another purchase, loyalty-member AOV was 28% higher than overall site AOV, and referral conversion rate improved from 12% to 19%, showing clear impact from Friendbuy.
