Bushcare Services, a provider of design and field program solutions for forested areas in South East Queensland, faced an inefficient, paper-based Maintenance Daily Record that made coordinating remote supervisors, production managers and office staff difficult—especially for legally required Herbicide Distribution forms. To address this, Bushcare Services partnered with Frevvo and implemented Frevvo Live Forms (a paperless portal) to digitize and streamline their daily work orders.

Using Frevvo, Bushcare built a three-step workflow that supervisors complete on iPads in the field, with client/project data pulled from Google Sheets, conditional display of the Herbicide Distribution form, and automatic saving of submissions and attachments to Google Drive. The Frevvo solution dramatically reduced data entry and paperwork, improved compliance and auditability, sped up review and invoicing, and effectively automated the process so staff can spend more time on delivering sustainable natural spaces.
