USF has digitized hundreds of forms and processes integrated with Jenzabar and SharePoint

The University of Saint Francis faced an inefficient, paper- and email-based forms environment that wasted staff and student time and required duplicate data entry because forms couldn’t access systems like Jenzabar or SharePoint. To support its diverse, mobile-first community and ongoing digital transformation, the University chose Frevvo and deployed Frevvo Live Forms to replace hundreds of manual processes across admissions, HR, the business office and student services.

Frevvo implemented mobile-ready, visual forms integrated with Jenzabar One (via stored procedures and a Database Connector) and SharePoint, added automatic workflow routing and pre-filled fields, and centralized form data in SharePoint lists. As a result, Frevvo has digitized hundreds of forms, significantly reduced back-and-forth, errors and manual data entry, saved staff time for teaching and student support, and become a critical system in USF’s automation strategy.
