Tailored Brands, the parent of Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank with 1,400+ stores, needed a web-based forms solution after their previous product produced large files, required a local email client, and failed when stores moved to webmail. In 2011 they selected Frevvo for its drag-and-drop, low-code form and workflow designers and 100% browser-based interface to meet dynamic, mobile and store-specific requirements.
Using Frevvo, Tailored Brands’ two-person team has deployed 104 dynamic forms and workflows (inventory requests, store checks, incident reports, injuries, etc.), delivering small file sizes, fast in-store performance, built-in email routing and full mobile/iPad support. The Frevvo implementation replaced legacy forms seamlessly, enabled 24x7 device access, eliminated the need for local email clients and allowed Tailored Brands to roll out 100+ workflows with minimal staff, improving efficiency across their store network.
