Safeway, a Fortune 500 retailer, faced widespread non-completion of critical paper-based processes because hundreds of paper and Word forms were tedious, error-prone and time-consuming. To modernize these ad-hoc and mission-critical workflows (surveys, event registration, shrink certification), Safeway adopted Frevvo and its Live Forms solution, using the intuitive Forms Designer to enable business users to create and manage e-forms.

Frevvo replaced hundreds of paper forms with electronic versions and empowered non-technical staff to build and handle submissions without costly IT intervention. The result: more than 1,000 e-forms in production, submission data easily viewed or exported to Excel, enforced validation and skip logic, critical processes completed on time, and millions of dollars saved in development costs thanks to Frevvo.
