Replacing InfoPath with frevvo to automate day-to-day HR, I.T. and Finance approval workflows

Safety Technology Holdings (STH) was managing a patchwork of InfoPath forms, custom-built apps and emailed paper/PDFs for routine HR, I.T. and finance approvals, resulting in slow, error-prone, non-mobile processes. To standardize and modernize approvals beginning with HR and I.T., STH chose Frevvo and its Live Forms solution.

Frevvo implemented Live Forms to replace multiple manual workflows (the MIS/IT PAF is already in production, with Purchase Requisition, Catering and others to follow), integrating with STH’s Active Directory, SQL Server and ERP to auto-populate data. The Frevvo deployment improved user adoption and experience, reduced data entry and typos, and sped approvals through reminders and escalations—cutting errors and approval delays and markedly increasing operational efficiency.
