Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America (PMMA), which operates 17 senior living communities across Kansas and Missouri and hires more than 1,200 people annually, struggled with a 30–40–form New Hire packet that took hours to complete, produced duplicate data and errors, and required manual entry into their M-Files system. To modernize onboarding, PMMA worked with frevvo (recommended by M-Files) to digitize the process.

Using frevvo’s visual, drag-and-drop e-forms and workflow software integrated with M-Files, PMMA enabled new hires to pre-fill information online, auto-validate entries, auto-generate PDFs (including Federal W-4 and I-9), and export payroll data directly to payroll software. The frevvo solution eliminated duplicate entry and errors, cut hours of work for HR and new hires, reduced paper and manual data entry, and allowed electronic transfer into M-Files — with plans to expand frevvo automation to Accounts Payable and Contracts.
