Pivotal chose Frevvo’s online forms and workflow solution, primarily for its ability to integrate with Google Apps, to simplify approvals and capture signatures.

Frevvo implemented visual, drag-and-drop forms and workflows integrated with Google Sheets and Drive, adding automatic validations, calculations, conditional routing and ticket creation. The solution automated approvals, reduced errors and manual reconciliation, centralized submissions as Sheets/PDFs in Drive, and noticeably improved the speed and efficiency of Pivotal’s Finance and HR processes.
