Osram Sylvania Chooses Frevvo Approval Workflows Integrated With Peoplesoft for Hr Applications

OSRAM Sylvania, a global manufacturer and marketer of lighting products, needed to consolidate HR processing into a single Service Center in Mexico while allowing supervisors across multiple locations to submit and route salary changes, shift modifications and other HR forms that require multi-level approvals. To address these challenges they selected frevvo, using frevvo Live Forms because it was easy to use, affordable, and could integrate with their existing PeopleSoft and HR Portal infrastructure.

Frevvo implemented Live Forms approval workflows integrated with PeopleSoft and single sign‑on, enabling supervisors to submit and electronically sign approvals from any location with pre-populated data, pick lists, built‑in validation and business rules. The frevvo solution reduced data entry and mistakes, dramatically cut the need for corrections, sped up routing to the Mexico service center, and enabled workflows to be completed in a timelier manner.
