A Frevvo Case Study
Living Innovations, a nonprofit providing residential care and support to people with disabilities for over 20 years, operates 15 offices across four states and faced heavy regulatory-driven paperwork that was difficult to manage, audit and transport between locations. To eliminate paper bottlenecks, they partnered with PiF Technologies and selected Frevvo’s low-code, visual workflow software to digitize and automate their forms and records.
Working with PiF Technologies, Frevvo automated Applicant Tracking and Onboarding and integrated workflows with DocStar so forms (W-4, I-9, Code of Conduct, etc.) are generated electronically, auto-indexed and routed into the document management system. The result: onboarding time and costs are roughly cut in half, processes run significantly faster, physical handling and filing have been reduced, and Living Innovations is now rapidly digitizing additional workflows (PCP) and planning Acumatica integration.
