La Cité College, the largest French‑speaking applied arts and technology college in Ontario, struggled with paper/PDF forms that forced students to print, sign and queue for registration while staff manually scanned and re‑entered data into systems like DocuShare and Salesforce. To modernize and support mobile‑first students, La Cité selected Frevvo and its Live Forms solution to replace paper workflows and enable system integrations.
Frevvo implemented Live Forms integrated with La Cité’s Oracle DB, DocuShare and Salesforce, providing prefilled, mobile‑friendly forms, automatic document routing and single‑sign‑on credential passing. The results include 1,200+ electronic registrations submitted 24/7, 60% of responses via mobile, a 7× increase in co‑op applications, and a dramatic reduction in manual data entry and errors, with plans to expand to HR.
