Ivy League University faced a paper-based Financial Aid intake process that required families to submit detailed, sensitive information which staff then manually scanned and entered into their Perceptive ImageNow document management system. To modernize and secure data capture while reducing burden on families and staff, the university engaged Frevvo to deploy Frevvo Live Forms.
Frevvo implemented intelligent, secure e-forms integrated with the university’s Perceptive EDM (ImageNow) so submissions flow electronically into the document system with automatic indexing, validations, calculations and enforced security policies. The Frevvo solution eliminated manual data entry and scanning, reduced errors, ensured secure collection of sensitive data, and significantly improved efficiency — and the Financial Aid office plans to digitize additional forms.
