Gulliver, a PreK–12 college preparatory school, faced urgent operational issues: a slow, manual Travel Request process and the immediate need to collect signed Liability Waivers from parents for students using services like Uber. To solve this, Gulliver chose Frevvo and its Live Forms online form builder, attracted in part by Frevvo’s Google Apps integration and e-signature capabilities.

Working with Frevvo’s Customer Success team, Gulliver built and certified a digital Liability Waiver in days and deployed a fully digital Travel Request workflow with dynamic routing, validations, e-signatures, and automatic updates to Google Sheets for tracking. The Frevvo solution sped up approvals, reduced errors and corrections, closed the urgent exposure gap, and positioned Gulliver to digitize additional forms and workflows.
