Cajon Valley dramatically reduced time to onboard a new employee using an automated workflow

Cajon Valley Union School District, a K–12 employer in El Cajon, CA that onboards hundreds of new staff each year, faced a slow, paper-heavy Employee Orientation process requiring hard-copy forms, scanning, manual data entry and follow-ups. To address this, Cajon Valley implemented Frevvo’s LiveForms workflow automation to digitize and streamline onboarding.
