Uncommon Schools, which operates 54 charter schools serving about 20,000 students, needed to centralize and improve its Technology Budget process—eliminating the need to manually update 54 spreadsheets, improving reporting and historical tracking, and helping school leaders create better-quality budgets. They selected Frevvo and Frevvo Live Forms with SQL integration to connect forms directly to a database and accelerate deployment.

Using Frevvo’s online forms, SQL database connector and Azure SSO, Uncommon’s IT team—supported by Frevvo’s Client Services—developed, tested and deployed the automated Technology Budget workflow in two months. The Frevvo solution centralized budget data, improved cross-department communication and reporting, removed manual spreadsheet updates, and is estimated to save about 60 hours over three months while enabling better budget tracking and future automation.
