Aero Communications, a provider of technology solutions to broadband, wireless and public-sector customers, was bogged down by paper, Excel and InfoPath forms that were emailed, printed, signed and rescanned, and could not pull data from their SQL database. Seeking a single, affordable cloud solution with Active Directory and SQL integration, Aero selected Frevvo and its Frevvo Live Forms product to replace countless manual, error-prone processes.

Frevvo implemented Live Forms with SQL Database Connector and Azure Active Directory integration to autopopulate data, enable save/load for long-running forms, and automate approvals with escalations and reminders. The solution replaced multiple workflows (finance, maintenance, PTO, warehouse orders), eliminated duplicate data entry and typos, sped up approvals and signature capture, and significantly reduced manual effort while improving user adoption and efficiency.
