Freshwater was engaged by NASUWT – the Teachers’ Union to design and deliver a multi-zoned exhibition for its annual conference. The challenge was to create a central exhibition experience that was not only functional but also prioritized member wellbeing, inclusivity, and engagement, moving beyond a traditional trade show format.

The solution implemented by Freshwater included a central national stand hub, a wellbeing tipi with activities, a neurodiversity café, and various quiet zones. This created a welcoming and accessible space that encouraged delegates to recharge and connect. The result was a highly successful event that fully engaged attendees and set a new benchmark for the union's conferences, powerfully reinforcing NASUWT's commitment to member wellbeing.
