Freshwater was hired by Associated British Ports and Grimsby Fish Dock Enterprises to deliver the British Ports Association's 2025 Annual Conference. The challenge was to create a dynamic and memorable event that highlighted the Humber region's role in the UK maritime industry, requiring comprehensive end-to-end event management for over 360 attendees.

Freshwater managed all aspects of the event, including marketing, registration, sponsorship, and logistics. They delivered a sold-out conference with 42 speakers and 37 exhibitors, achieving exceptionally high delegate engagement and satisfaction.
