The Dutch Label Shop, founded by Hielke and Arjan, makes customized woven labels for artisans and independent designers and ships orders worldwide. Facing a complex, detail-driven ordering process and a dispersed customer base, they needed a remote phone solution to guide buyers through precise design and sizing requirements. To solve this, they moved from the phone channel in Freshdesk to Freshcaller’s call center software.
Freshcaller provided a virtual phone system that lets the Dutch Label Shop run a support team across three continents and purchase local numbers for a personalized global presence. Using Freshcaller’s Missed Calls to Tickets feature, every missed call is now converted into a ticket so agents can promptly follow up, eliminating untracked missed calls and ensuring customers get real-time guidance — all while enabling the support team to work remotely from anywhere.
