7dayshop is an established online seller of photography, digital and computer products (founded in 1997 and serving over a million customers) running on Magento. Its key challenge was to attract new visitors, encourage existing customers to return and convert browsers into buyers while maintaining strong customer recommendation scores and good value.

Working closely with Fresh Relevance’s expert Professional Services team, 7dayshop added personalized live content: a dynamically personalized homepage with sections such as 'Other people are looking at' and 'New Products', plus in-nav recommendations like 'Best Sellers'.
