ResMan achieves 8.5/10 usability with Fresh Consulting

ResMan, a provider of residential management software, partnered with Fresh Consulting to improve the user experience of their Easy Lease platform. The primary challenges were optimizing a complex interface with over 100 input options for mobile devices, simplifying a lengthy lease application form, and updating the design system to allow for easy brand customization by individual property management companies.

Fresh Consulting addressed these challenges by implementing an interactive, conversational tool to make form completion easier and by incorporating a progress bar to guide users. They also modernized the platform to give management companies simple control over branded elements like colors and fonts. As a result of this work, tested users gave the platform an average usability score of 8.5 out of 10, indicating a significant improvement in the user experience and a strong likelihood of higher application completion rates.
