Qualiphar, a Belgian pharmaceutical manufacturer and family-run business since 1937, faced fragmented planning driven by Excel files and institutional knowledge held by only a few people. This lack of visibility and bundled data caused delays, mistakes, missed delivery promises, high inventory costs and frequent out-of-stock situations. To address this, Qualiphar engaged frePPLe and its planning and supply chain visibility solution.

frePPLe helped Qualiphar clean up master data, redesign planning processes through hands-on implementation and training with frePPLe’s team, and deliver an end-to-end view of the supply chain.
