Otava Group, a Finnish publishing and media corporation, needed to renew its finance processes and manage a growing number of complex, interconnected systems across its business units. To support this transformation, the company expanded its use of the Frends Enterprise iPaaS integration platform beyond the book retail business into finance-related processes and other units.

Frends Enterprise iPaaS helped Otava centralize integrations, simplify data flows, and improve transparency so non-technical users could understand and handle errors more easily. The vendor also enabled Otava to retire another integration platform and expand to about 400 integrations, while saving an estimated €60K annually and making support and maintenance more predictable through a fixed-price contract.
