Westwing Home & Living, a leading eCommerce home & living retailer active in 14 countries with offerings like WestwingNow, faced high administrative overhead for sea freight import logistics, especially manual effort for tracking shipments and limited transparency around delivery times and warehouse availability. To solve this, Westwing engaged Freight Hub to streamline its import logistics.

Freight Hub implemented on-schedule booking in close coordination with Westwing’s suppliers, provided real-time tracking of all sea freight containers via the FreightHub Dashboard, and assigned a dedicated contact to proactively manage shipment exceptions.
