Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Foundation makes non-cash giving accessible to donors, raises over $1M

The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) Foundation, an organization focused on long-term assets and legacy gifts, sought online tools to simplify the process of planned and major giving for its donors and its own team. To meet this challenge, they partnered with FreeWill to implement its suite of digital tools.

FreeWill provided online solutions for bequests, Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), and stock gifts, making these complex transactions easier for donors to complete and for the foundation to process. This partnership, which also included strategic support and marketing resources, enabled CBF to raise over $1 million in non-cash gifts in two years, including over $5 million in bequest commitments, $58,000 in QCDs, and $23,000 in stock gifts.
