Anticimex Group, a global pest control company, was looking to accelerate its digital transformation and improve the customer experience across more than 17 countries. To better understand the digital journey of its 2.9 million retail and commercial clients, Anticimex partnered with Freespee and used its cloud communication platform and dynamic phone numbers to track and optimize phone-led conversions.

Freespee implemented contextual call tracking, Google AdWords integration, inbound keyword analysis, and advanced call routing to help Anticimex route inquiries to the right teams and attribute calls to the right campaigns. The results included a 77% increase in call-through rate, a 50% increase in calls versus forms on campaign landing pages, and broader rollout of Freespee across 11 markets.
