Audi partnered with Freeman to launch its all‑new electric AI:ME at the Shanghai Auto Show. Facing the challenge of standing out in the world’s largest auto market, Audi engaged Freeman for Event Strategy & Business Intelligence, Design & Creative and production services to convey the “Urban Freedom” concept through storytelling and live experience rather than a conventional car debut.

Freeman built an immersive “Audi Urban City” sensory experience—three‑sided LED projections, a simulated digital drive through starry skies, sunset, forest and green cityscapes, plus robotics and live performance—to demonstrate AI:ME’s technology in context. The limited China launch was upgraded to a world premiere, generating 2,678 media reports, reaching more than 400 million people, delivering over 500 million yuan in media value, and earning top attention on WeChat and Weibo.
