NAPE, the North American Prospect Expo, needed to quickly turn its summer oil & gas marketplace into a digital event when in-person gatherings became impossible. Freeman, a long-time event partner, helped NAPE reimagine the show as an online experience that could still support networking, education, and deal-making through virtual event technology and platforms.

Freeman created the NAPE NETWORK, a polished virtual marketplace with livestreamed sessions, roundtables, promotional videos, on-demand content, and interactive exhibitor booths supported by its Dallas studio AV production. The event delivered 400+ prospect listings, 180+ virtual booths, and 1,500+ attendees, with 80% of users visiting virtual exhibits, and it led NAPE to make digital integration a lasting part of its event strategy.
